I would give Rainey's 5 million stars if I could!!! When a bracket broke on one of my extra-long Hunter Douglas silhouette blinds, I googled replacement parts and found Rainey's listed as a local business that could sell me the new bracket. One call and a text with a picture of the broken bracket later, and Mark and Nate (the father and son team and store owners) were scheduled to come out the same day to make the repair in my home.
We have used Rainey's several times! Couldn't recommend them highly enough! Mark was great at measuring and recommending different options, and then finally installing blinds for us. Something went wrong with one of them, and he ordered another replacement and came right out and installed when it came in. Hadn't written this review for a while, and should have done it right when they completed the work. No need to go anywhere else!
Great company to deal with. Everything was super easy for us and all about the customer. Raineys has a great staff, from the time we were in their showroom, through measuring for our blinds and installation, it was professional and courteous throughout. We would highly recommend Raineys.
