Great product and great service. My elderly mother needed new blinds for her kitchen. I requested a consultation and Nate got back to me quickly. I explained what my mom was looking for and her price range. He asked me to send pictures of her current kitchen. When we arrived at the showroom he had preselected blinds to show her in her price range. He explained all of her options, demonstrated the product, and answered all of her questions. Our interaction was great and my mother felt no pressure. Nate was responsive when it came to ordering. The blinds arrived quickly and installation was scheduled right away.
